Terms and Conditions

Competition Overview:

This competition is run by Motama Kitchens and Interiors, in collaboration with Motama Made, P&P Construction, Mi Amor Spa and Tammy Taylor Louis Trichardt. By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility:

• Entrants must be 18 years or older
• The kitchen giveaway is open to entrants countrywide.
• Cushion and voucher prizes are open to entrants countrywide.
• The kitchen prize is subject to property suitability. Entrants must own or reside in a space large enough to accommodate a Motama Kitchen and Interiors installation.

How to Enter:

Main Kitchens Prizes:

To be eligible for the main prize draw, entrants must follow, share Instagram posts, and engage with the content from the following pages:

• Motama Kitchens and Interiors
• Motama Made
• P&P Construction
• Mi Amor Spa
• Tammy Taylor Louis Trichardt

Entrants can increase their chances of winning by purchasing a service or a product from our collaborative partners, Mi Amor Spa or Tammy Taylor Louis Trichardt or Motama Made. Entrants can also visit their stores, take a picture there and tag them.

Motama Made Cushions Prize:

Entrants must also submit a clear photo of a space in their home (living area, bedroom) where they would like their new cushions to be placed. This is to help match designs with the existing house colour scheme. The entrant must then post their desired space on their Instagram page with a catchy caption tagging the Motama Made page.

Prizes:

• Main Prize: A custom Motama Kitchen and Interiors kitchen mentioned in the videos found on the official Motama Kitchens and Interiors Instagram page. (Appliances as depicted in the videos are not included, but alternative appliances will be provided)
• Additional Prizes: Custom Motama Made cushions for selected participants and Mi Amor Spa and Tammy Taylor Louis Trichardt vouchers worth R10 000 each!

Selection Process:

• Winners will be chosen based on their engagement with all the specified collaborative partners and the suitability of their space for installation (kitchen prizes).
• Final decisions rests solely with the competition organizers and cannot be appealed.

Prize Conditions:

• The kitchen installation is subject to a site inspection to confirm eligibility.
• No cash alternative will be offered for any prize.
• Prizes are non-transferable.

Announcement and Contact:

• Winners will be contacted via Instagram DM. Contact details will be shared for kitchen installations and delivery of prizes.
• If a winner does not respond within 7 days upon contact, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected.
• Winners for the prizes will be announced end of November 2025.
• Kitchen Installations will take place in January 2026.

Rights and Usage:

• By entering, participants agree that submitted images and winner announcements may be used in promotional materials curated by Motama Kitchens and Interiors and its collaborative partners.

Disqualification:

• Failure to meet any of the above criteria will result in disqualification.
• False or misleading information will lead to an immediate removal for consideration.

Organizer Rights:

Motama Kitchens and Interiors reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time without prior notice if circumstances arise outside of its control.
